I guess I couldn't figure out how to post "all" the pictures of the speakers. Maybe I can do one at a time.
Looks like the pic's took to much room. But that's ok, the only other one was the flip side of one already posted.

Stock 6 Boston Speakers Reply

Hey, Kevin B. I'm new on this and came across your thread about the stock system setup. I'm the one that enquired about it. I have a 2005 Chrysler 300 and am looking for some stuff. The question I have is how would the stock setup react with an after-market head unit? Preferably, a DVD receiver? That's what I'm looking at getting. Thanks!

I can't answer about after market head units, etc. From reading other posts, if you have a stock non-amp car, it sounds like the wire's are already in place. Sorry, you'll have to research that yourself.
If the one question was about the improvement upgrading to the Chrysler Kicker System, I don't think it was worth the money. The Boston's are just as good as the Kicker brand as far as I'm concerned. I don't really crank it up.. I was hopeing for more bass and defination in the sound, and it wasn't much.
I'm out of town this week, but I'm trying to get online when I can.

That is what I thought at first too, but (not sure if you've done this or not) if you hit the volume button on the steering wheel up 2 times then immediately down 2 times there will be a pause and then the output from the amp changes. The sound output on mine will provide a much richer bass when toggled to this "other" setting.

I do agree that for the retail cost of everything, probably kind of iffy on whether or not it is worth it.

Yeah, I know about the double toggle up/down. I have it in the better sounding position. The other position, from what I'm told from the dealer, is if you have a rear entertainment system, the sound is better with a 5.1 movie, but sucks for listening to the radio/CD/Sat.
