5.7L Turbo Kit

Well its time to let it go. The turbo kit is in great condition with a little over 1000 miles on it. Turbo unit is a T3/T4 and spools almost instantly on a stock 5.7 motor. Silicone connectors and clamps are in perfect condition. K&N intake system is included along with a complete cat-back exhaust system with Magnaflow tips/mufflers. I never got the chance to see what this kit could do though. I had it up to 10psi on my stock 5.7 motor for a day or two, but then the car just sat to prepare for my suspension system. Otherwise, I just had the boost on 4psi for those 1000 miles. The car was my daily driver last summer for 2 months and then that was it.

A little clarification on this kit. This is what I am including as the kit.

- All the tubing and full exhaust system
- The complete air intake system
- The turbo
- Oil system
- All clamps, all silicone connectors, etc

This is what will be needed.

- Wastegate ($300)
- MAP Sensor
- Water/meth kit or use an intercooler ($400)
- Tune
- Boost gauge (AEM Tru-Boost is $200 on ebay)

All of the stuff that is needed can be had through Tim at CIS or of course you can buy your own stuff somewhere. So for around $1500 the kit will be complete.

My price is $3000 OBO.

If purchaser wants it upgraded to the larger diameter piping and flange to run a true T4/T4, T-70 to T-76 sized turbo for a stroker engine, I will perform the upgrade for cost of materials, which is about $400, including the larger 60MM wastegate. If purchaser wants a larger turbo supplied, I will provide it at a discounted price as well.

If the purchaser wants it installed, I will install it here for $800 which is $400 less than my normal LX install price. (covers system install only).

If it is going on a 6.1 based engine vehicle, the forward charge piping is different, and I will supply that for $150 which is $50 off the normal charge.

If installed here, purchaser would be responsible for any extra materials that could not be reused such as rubber lines, boots, etc, if they were not originally removed in a reusable state, or any missing components.

This is Tim's kit at CIS. Its a pretty nice kit thats proven to last a long time and make some good power. Add that iEMS thing to this and watch out. Thanks for the bump though.

And yes it does have a little over 1000 miles on it. The car never got driven. Now I need money for my motor install and a radiator for my Camaro, etc. Hate to get rid of it, but I dont want to see it collect dust.

They are from Magnaflow. I think they are slightly smaller than those monster Borla tips.

A very similar CIS kit put out around 400rwhp and 500rwtq on 6psi with a fair tune. Add a great tune to it, take your catalytic converters off, take it up to 10psi and I dont see any reason one couldnt achieve 470+rwhp and 550+rwtq.

I do not have videos of the BOV or spooling, just one of what the exhaust sounds like.
