LX & Beyond Nationals - who is going from Northeast ???

I know few people from northeast went last year and did very well and had a blast.

It's a 7 hour drive from NY. Pretty much a straight shot - route 80 west.

If you are going or thinking about going please let everyone know by posting here.

Also Post your traveling preference. Choices are :
#1 - Leave Thursday
#2 - Leave Friday

#3- Come back Sunday
#4- Come back Monday

Last year Northeast had the most people attend this event. I'm sure we can top that this year very easily and show everyone where the best race and show cars come from !!!

3:00pm-8:00pm - Hotel Check-In / Goodie Bag Pickup
9:00pm - Drivers Safety Meeting for ALL Race Participants
{at the Holiday Inn}


SATURDAY - JULY 18

7:00am - Volunteers Arrive / Vendor Setup
8:00am - Participant Gates Open
8:00am – Vendor Midway Opens
8:15am - Racing Tech Opens (No Tech, No Race!!!)
8:30am – Time Trials Start (everyone should get 3 runs)
………….Round One of Bracket Time Trials
9:00am - Spectator Gates Open
10:00am – Heads Up Qualifying – 1st Round
10:30am – Round Two of Bracket Time Trials
12:15pm - Heads Up Qualifying – 2nd Round
12:00pm – Car Show Judging Begins
1:00pm to 1:30pm - Track Crew (Lunch Break)
1:30pm – Round Three of Bracket Time Trials
3:00pm – Heads Up Qualifying – 3rd Round
3:30pm - End of LX & BEYOND NATIONALS Track Time

3:45pm – The Track will hold a Night Time OPEN Bracket Race
So if you want to continue racing or go from the Car Show
to get some time on the track here is your chance. All you
have to do is pay the track a fee and you get some Time
Trials and some Bracket Competition.


SATURDAY (Night) - JULY 18


8:00pm to 10:00pm - Festivities at the Headquarters Hotel (TBA)
Cruise to the local A & W Restaurant



SUNDAY - JULY 19

11:30am –Heads Up Unlimited MOPARS Only Eliminations – Round 1 (NO LX or LY)

***All 1st Round Quick 16 Losers (in each Class - 8 Total per Class) Will Be Allowed to Go Into the Bracket Program for FREE. This only happens once***

I'm down. Ohio isn't that bad a drive, especially if we end up with a convoy. Made that run dozens of times for work so i know that boring stretch of highway very well by now.
