Good thing that this set-up only works on 2009 SRT Challengers. Since we have the super 6.1 under the hood that can hold all that boost! LOL
It would be sweet if the 09 Chally is an exception.

Well I ran her in the 1/4 last night as you know,and although I didnt see the et I was looking for , she still ran great. The track prep wasnt as good as normal. The 60's were off over a tenth and my 330'was of 2 full tenths.
1st pass was 10.88 @127 60' 1.62 2nd Pass was 10.738 @128.60 60' 1.614 3rd pass...ummm TCM failsafe 60' 1.65 4th pass was 10.735 @128.36 60' 1.614 The last pass was awesome...I ran my friends Mustang and we were side by side til the 330, at the 1/8th and he started putting some space between us with a 10.46@134 to my 10.73 @128.... The best was the lauch tho.. Paul cut a .082 light with a 1.661 60' I cut a .092 light with a 1.614 60' I wasnt upset or anything,as I built his car,but its hard to believe what 6 mph looks like when a car is pulling away from you. Im not used to that, but it was still fun. Several people at the track told us it was the best race of the night. He working on the video,and we will get it posted. Thanks for coiming out Cam,and especially for all the help. It was very appreciated. Maybe we can get your car on the strip next time out.. |

Sure we both spun, but if we both hooked I think it would have been a similar result with just quicker ETs for both of us. Here is the timeslip of the race---the second slip on the right: ![]() I think no matter what car you like, everyone that I have talked to likes the looks of the Challenger. There was people around that car all night in the staging lanes. I dig the factory battery relocation to the trunk. And even though its heavy, you guys have 372cid to make up for that. And the thing stops to. At Irwindale, Adam and I raced, I beat him but it was alot closer then I thought it would be (he ran a 6.72) so I was looking for him as we were slowing down and he was gone. He made the first turn out. If anyone here knows Irwindale, the first turnout is usually made by cars going 8 flat or slower. Now, I am tired of having in the other lane a honda or the parents nissan maxima or whatever, so you guys hurry up and buy some KB superchargers to make it interesting at the track.
