CFM Performance now makes it easy to vent the crankcase on your late model Hemi engine with our billet valve cover baffled breather kit. This kit is a direct replacement for your factory oil cap and allows unwanted crankcase pressure to exit.
This breather is the ONLY one on the market which incorporates both a check ball to keep air from coming through while the crankcase is under vacuum along with an integral baffle. The proprietary baffle aids in keeping oil particles away from the breather. In other words, this breather acts just like a factory oil cap under normal driving conditions while allowing positive pressure to escape when present.
The filter element is washable and we have numerous colors to choose from for the filter top. Although this kit was designed for use in racing applications, it works and looks great in any engine compartment.

Will the baffled design keep oil from spraying out?

The baffle is designed to break up the oil from the air passing through. It always depends on how much crankcase pressure is being evacuated. We have not seen any issues of oil spraying out in our experience with the Hemi platform.
