Thottle Body question with 2118 & 2110 codes (Pics inside)

I've been having issues with my 3.5L 2005 Magnum. The BAS and [squiggle] light have been flashing on and "limp mode", goes into effect...

I researched the 2118 & 2110 codes and found that it stems from Throttle Body issue or vacuum leak. So, I cleaned the TB and when I disconnected the sensor I noticed the #5 & #3 pronges had a white coating on them..?

Could this be telling me something is wronge with the TB, because when I re-installed the TB and connectied everything the Codes were still there and limp mode was still happing.

Any advice or suggestions would be great... New throttle body or PCM unit or Sensor?

    Thanks

Did you recently have the plugs changed?

Edit: nevermind those are not vacuum codes. Did you clean the harness side to? If the plug is corroded it can absolutely throw those codes.

No, I haven't changed the plugs, probably need to... I cleaned both sides of the Throttle body.
