A PRODUCTIVE DAY ~ Thanks JOKERSMOKESEM!

Yesterday, between the rain, I installed the BT Catch can on BLUE.

Well today, cool 55 degrees, but nice enough to install the BT Catch Cans on Tee's two cars, ANGEL and CHANCE!

Then after talking with quite a few guys and THANKS to ONE in particular, Karl (JOKERSMOKESEM) on LX Forums gave me the TIP I needed to get my Strut Tower Brace installed. I could NOT believe this would work, but jacking up the car on both sides right behind the wheels at the jack points, so both wheels were off the ground it appeared that it still wasn't gonna fit when I sat the brace over the bolts, HOWEVER, when I took the nuts off and put ONE side on and then just tugged a tiny bit it dropped on. Cool and MAN 'O' MAN, I love the LOOK!

Thanks Karl (JOKERSMOKESEM) for all the PM's!!!

Then the BT Catch Can on Tee's car ANGEL...

And lastly, the BT Catch Can on Tee's everyday driver CHANCE...

Got to take my BLUE one out today and took a corner I drive every day about 10mph faster and I sure like how it handled. Because it was jacked up and has to settle back down, I did hear some squeaks and growns. Double checked all the nuts when I got back home and everything seemed fine.

The other thing I noticed is HOW much better it ran after cleaning the Throttle Body out; IT had lots of carbon build up; probably NEVER been cleaned and with 133,xxx miles it surely needed it and NOW that I have the catch can installed too, hopefully it'll stay a lot cleaner.

Can't wait to take it for a longer drive.

We have them on FIVE of our cars (the hemis) and do not have one on the SXT 3.5L.

Hoping to go out in a bit and clean the throttle body on Tee's everyday driver CHANCE. Doubt it's ever been done and it has 153,xxx miles! Since I already have the catch can on now, should keep the throttle body a bit cleaner.
