I created this thread b/c one too many times I'll see a popular member post a pic of their car, followed by 4 pages of "omg looks soo good, I love EVERYTHING about it" when in fact they are just going along with everyone else for fear of being an outcast.
But then you'll get one person that speaks their mind, and they will be ridiculed by all the "followers" or "yes" men of the thread, until they are beaten into submission

but seriously, if you want a real opinion then fine:
Done: you have an awesome looking intake manifold, as well as the polished coil pack covers and intake, but your fluid reservoirs are seriously bringing the look of the engine bay down.

Paint the hood silver and leave the vents black. With the black you can't really see the shape of that nice hood.
I think the contrasting "hey everyone my hood is carbon fiber" look is getting a little stale. It's a big luxury car...
That being said IF you do paint the hood silver the contrasting black wing on the grille will look look even more like a mustache.
Overall you did a great job.
Thanks the hood is getting painted silver on the top side and i am leaving the underside carbon
some more orange bits here and there would bring that together nicely (orange billet radiator cap, washer fluid cap, dipstick, maybe a chrome fuel rail etc)
for now it just looks a little incomplete, but a good start
And yes, I know it's an LX car forum, but here's my ride, the closest I'm gonna get to a LX for now. I could use some serious advice of my own since all I ever get is "cool ride man" on m truck forums. My favorite comment though is... why did you lower a 4x4
