You also want to use new bolts unless you have ARP ones.
I'm going to be pulling the heads for a cam/head swap and I found the torque specs for the cylinder head bolts but I didn't find the tightening sequence. Can someone tell me what it is or point me in the correct direction.

on the m12 start with the upper middle,then lower middle and go around counter clock wise.....then the m8 go middle, left,right,left right......repeat for all three torque settings. 25,40,90* for the m12 and 15,15,25 for the m8.
