    Which are the best Long Tube Headers?

    i have a 2007 dodge charger r/t i was looking at getting long tube headers but i dont know which would be the best to go with slp lm1 or kooks lts w/hi flow cats or would you go with straight pipes and do the cat delete? i have straight pipe exhaust and i want it to be louder what do you guys reccomend?

    I'm partial to Kooks but there's some other good ones as well. Dynatech, American Racing,to name a few.


    PWR 426, Paramount Tranny/4000 dominator, PWR cam 247/252 115+2LSA, Apache Heads,

    Kooks or American Racing would be the only ones I'd buy.

    what other mods do you have. long tubes might not be the right answer. imo and they don't pass smog in Ca.

    i just have straight pipe exhuast, k&n cai, and diablosport predator and so the slp longtubes arent any good?

    I personally have Dynatech Longtubes,cats, a mid pipes on my RT and I love them. I've heard good things about Kooks. Dynatech or Kooks. Get the ceramic coating so your pipes wont rust!

    I do, but are they still available? They work GREAT for my application, they bolted right up nice and sweet and they've never leaked or been a problem of ANY kind.

    wow so i see kooks, dynatech and american racing alot on here and no mentions on the slp are they that bad or something?
