I just had my 1st service at rerdons of kirkland. The parts manager was rude and not even on the navigation system as a dealership.
I was qoted a 265.00 price for nav update, from the parts mang. at rerdons and when I told them I was promised one new updat the parts manager said" Im tired of what bill piere said, since my first service required rerdons to do it free. I told him what I was told as well as the flyers I keep gettig for 199.00, he grabbed th cd out of my hands and would not install it for me.
I have been contacted by Chysler and have sent for an interpatation for the dealer responsabilities. I have asked to have my dealership changed to a closer location since it is over a 100 miles to and from rerdons.
I was the only car in the shop and had to insist for a diagnosis that I was told I didn't need however when I got in my car to com home I was told they found 5 patches?
Now after what took place it was because rerdon didn't sell me the car but had to do the free maitance.
