i HAVE CONTACTED THE MANAGER AND I AM WAITING FOR A GOOD FINAL COUNT
i would like to have a good somewhat solid number of who all will need reservations.....i DO NOT want to leave anyone out....i'd have have to face that fact for the rest of my life ........

So if you wanna stay at the Hampton Inn Please vote YES

Ok heres the deal i just got off the phone with the manager at Hampton Inn, and for 1 hall there is 23 rooms which vary between single king and double queens.....
I am waiting for her to call back and i am setting it up to where you call them and reserve your room(s)
I will be giving you a promotional code to give them when it is time to reserve your room(s) and at this time now the rooms will be $71.00

Thanks KGBPro. I'll need one king bed myself. I traded in my cigs for an unpleasent increase in BMI a couple years ago, but I think I'll bring a box of Excalibur cigars with me. If they don't have a smoking room, I can always put the beer in a cup and take a walk!
