We're officially online!!!

I'm very happy to announce that we the Florida LX Club are now officially online as a singular entity!

I have just purchased the domain name FLXC.ORG for our organization, and am setting up web hosting as I type this!

This will allow us even more capabilities as a group to place much more online than we can between multiple online forum sites!!!

I'm VERY excited about this, and can't wait to get the pages setup.

NOTE TO ADMINS: This new forums is in NO way intended to be a competing forum. It's only purpose is to serve as a supplimental grouping of members from each of the forums we're all members of. It's understood that some people might try to setup online forums that would attempt to steal members from other forums. Please understand that is not our intent, and as stated we are only supplying the members her, and of other forums, a collective forum that we can participate in so that those of us heading up this club do not have to try and manage posts between multiple forums, all with identical event threads.

After registering I got this:

But it still registered me. I got an 'empty' confirmation email.

Is it okay to join if we live in GA? I am just right across the border and visit FL often. I have attended shows often in the Flordia area in the past.

I changed the link in the second post to resolve the subdomain issue...I'm digging to figure that one out.

I need to find the SMTP settings for the hosting so that the forum can properly email.

I had to go to sleep last night without finishing permisssions and other stuff...lol. Still building it all.

I disabled confirmation emails since we really don't need it.
