HERE IS THE INFORMATION TO THE SE SHINDIG INCLUDING THE PAYPAL INSTRUCTIONS AND ADDRESSES FOR BOTH THE HAMPTON INN AND THE GEORGIA NATIONAL FAIRGROUNDS

I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT ON MAKIN THIS HAPPEN.
Southeast shindig will be held on JULY 29TH!!!!!!!
PRICING INFO:
$25 PER VEHICLE/MEMBER REGISTRATION(this would include each members and their guest(s)
Food: $10 Adults /$5 Children(12 and under)

PAYPAL PRE-REGISTERTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
1) Log onto www.Paypal.com ,log in.
2) select "Send Money"
3) copy and paste seshindig@gmail.com into the recipient box
4) using the Pricing info above, along with the $25,caculate how many of your guests will be eating and then enter in the amount.(Example: KGBPro and 4 guests (2 adults& 2 kids)=$25+$20+$10=$55)
5) Please choose "Goods" for "Category of Purchase"
6) In the "Email subject:"box YOU MUST TYPE "Payment for" and your username. (Example: Payment for KGBPro)
7)In the "Note:" box below it is important that you list how many are coming with you Adults and Children including childrens ages.
(example: KGBPro, wife and 2 kids 5 & 13)

We need this for a good rough count to make sure everyone is counted for...I DO NOT WANT TO UNDER COUNT ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!
