Have an offer in the Montgomery area and most likely it is a done deal. Visited in April, will return 2nd week in June for house hunting. Our home here is on the market and I have a start date of July 9th. Talk about a short fuse! Any one willing to share info with me? I was surprised at the house market ... we thought that homes were more affordable in the "South" areas. Guess not! But we are thinking the Wetumpka area. Talk to me and set me on the right path.
