    Brandon Dodge Da_n!

    Like I said I had to put my car in the shop. I was told by the service guy that my car would be ready Tuesday 2:00, after they had orderd the part so I left the car there are got a rental. I get a call this AM from the service department sayin that the part would not be in for about 3-4 days. I was like NO put my Sh_T back together and call me when its gets in. I was not going to pay 40 dollars a day for a rental and wait for a part to get in.

    I think they should pay for the rental, after all it's their responsability to have the parts!

    That sucks. I bought my R/T from Brandon dodge, but only because it was a used '06 with low miles for cheap.

    I go to Dayton Andrews Dodge, which is closer to me..I brought it in on saturday to get an alignment, since my Mag was pulling to the right a bit.

    I was incredibly surprised to get in on a saturday (I called on friday), and they said I would have to leave it all day, but they had it ready by 2.

    Then they called today with a satisfaction survey, so it seems like they are on the ball.

    If you bought the extended warranty, it'll pay for a rental.

    But I'd be pissed too!

    dude, start going to Jerry Ulm!! over near the stadium, I took my SRT8 in there because it needed new rotors and I actually waited! of course it was a 3 hour wait but they got the parts in and had them on in no time! They're rated #1 in the country for a reason! I only take mine to brandon for an oil change!

    Dealer service is SO bad here, I'm about to drive the 4.5 hours to Jerry Ulm!! At least they have some connection to us, and listen to our needs! I mean, geesh! They were at the clearwater M&G showing support and helping out too!!

    Seem okay in my book!
