    BORLA Exhaust

Is it worth the Grand to get it. There is a shop in Brandon called Tuffys. That sales the set for a lil more than a grand and dosent charged for labor.I like the way the factory pipes look comin the end and I dont want to rice her out with like 5 in tips comin out the back either.Let me know whats up Brothers.

Then I guess you're talking the 112's. For a grand, they most certainly are charging you for installation - and then some! You can get them for less than $800, and put 'em on in your garage in about 2 hours. Check some supporting vendors here for 'em. Also, the Mopar system is basically the same thing, made by Borla. Only slightly different. Best of both worlds, they're Mopar - and Borla!

I agree with MadCharger. If they are charging that much for the kit, you are paying a lot for labor. Labor that will take someone with a shop no more than an hour or so to install. I have checked on the Mopar system and I have been given the same info. Borla makes the system and the cost is a couple hundred bucks cheaper. If you are not one that want's to do the work for one reason or another, I would find the kit you desire at a good price and then offer a private owned muffler shop or mod shop a hundred bucks or so to mount it. They can do it quick and will be happy to take the cash for an hours work.

Just an idea. Good luck and let us know how it turns out.

Borla 112 system is really nice and if you are married, the wife may not have a bad spell. I put the Borla on my Ram and its REALLY LOUD!! My wife was not impressed, but she does'nt ride in it much. They should rate one a the S version [single guys] the other M version [married]

Yeah Randy - you can do the Borlas yourself. And even if you don't - $100 should be enough to have them mounted anywhere locally. You may want to contact some of our online vendors for current pricing on the 112 system ... *cough*HHP*cough*

I've changed the exhaust on the maggy twice (Magnaflows, on and off again), and while intimidating at first, it's really no big deal.

I've seen some "out of the box systems" that are set at a pretty good price. Of course there's always a chance to be taken but there seems to be some good kits out there.
