****SE Shindig Florida Caravaning List!!!!****

The Central Florida LX'ers are going to group up at I-75 (exit # 329 Wildwood) & S.R. 44 on Friday morning, July 28th at 9:00 a.m. We will hang here and have breakfast for about an hour after which we will make the four hour cruise to Perry, GA. for the first "Southeastern LX Shindid". We are planning on arriving at Perry, GA. around 2:00 p.m.. Tentative schedule is socializing and dinner Friday evening, show, socializing and BBQ Saturday, (July 29th) and the caravan heading back after breakfast Sunday morning July 30th. All Florida LX'ers are welcome to join our caravan at the start or anywhere in between. If you let us know where you'll be joining, we will be sure we don't miss you.
If you have never caravanned with a group, it makes it MUCH more fun if you have a C.B. radio, (to talk with the truckers when they comment on our rides) and also a Family Radio, "FRS" (to talk privately between ourselves).

You might want to put locations next to each name so we can coordinate a bit better.

I can bring a radio for myself, and probably a second for another person who might need one. I also have Nextel.

I take that back, I may be able to bring about 6 radios total! My lady won't be comming, she has college to deal with, the friend I'm bringing I'm almost dead positive he's got a few handhelds (he's into HAM stuff), and my lady's parents have a pair I may be able to borrow.
So anyone who needs one, please let me know ahead of time so I can arrange to get the others!
