From what Chad said he found a vacuum line off after he put it on the trailer. He took it back out and made some runs. I'm sure he'll chime in here.

Alright I finally got home too see this thread.

This was built to safely run higher boost with no heat or air restriction issue. The GSM intercooler is about 10in wide by 5in tall and 1.5in thick, my new intercooler is 18" wide by 24" wide and 4" thick and has no sharp bends. Sizeed for about 1000HP.

After a couple of miserable runs in the the high 12's I had finnally put the car back on my trailer and started looking for problems. I missed the rest of the 6.1 H/U racing (that I problably would have lost to Hemi 31 - 11.497 holy snitzle ) but I eventualy found a vacuum line disconnected that ran to the MAP sensor. The MAP sensor basically is one of the main inputs the computer uses to make the car run and the change was drapmatic after hooking it back up. I now had throttle response and the car was responsive. First run was something like a 11.64 and another hot lap of 11.61. Much better. My tuning was way off since I had just taken it off the lift on Thursday nite to get to the track on Fri. Also the max boost last nite was 9psi where I have run 11-12 previous to the build. Here is the exciting part, the car went to Promotion for a major tuning session and it should come back unbelievable. I did over the fuel system to a return system with -6AN line in and -8 line back to the tank with a boost referenced fuel press regulator which is a first for anyone on the forum also. Lots of changes so next year should be lots of fun. Thanks Gary for posting

No problem Chad. It's not often you get to see setups like that. I do have to say the workmanship was awesome. Question is, whens the rool cage going in?
