Yeah, other than almost being eliminated for nothing it really was a great day. Weather was great, it wasn't crowded, no breakdowns or oil downs and no imports

Heck that's always the way! New mods=bad air. But I'm sure you are going to need that bar soon enough Bill!

By the time I said "let's go down to the lanes" They were about to run the final, We were out. But Mike Napp who was in the final with his mustang fixed the problem and we had to hurry and race each other to see who would get fitted in to the new semi finals and well I guess it was better then total disq. After the kaos I got smoked on the tree by Big Frank in his challenger.
that stinks....good work getting down to the end guys and good job by Mike getting you back in...I missed round 2 last week because I did not hear announcment for round 2 of classic v modern ...my ears were being chewed off....second time it's happened...all I can say is f****!

No doubt partly our fault...Their was very few cars yesterday and I should have put 2 and 2 together...Mike was real cool about it, He said to give the other finalist in a camaro a bye into the final and he came out, Had us all run each other till there was just big Frank left, Mike took out big Frank and then beat the camaro to win the day. Mike's a good sportsman and a winner!

I will be there next time, and you will hear all of the p.a. announcements!
Yes, Farid and his son George are really great guys. Fark's Supercars used to do all of my race car fabrication work and it was always top notch. If you need a roll bar or any chassis work, I strongly recommend Fark's
