I don't know about jersey but here on long island, we have hemi tuner and he does a hell of a job!!
Performance Mods: 400ci Inertia stroker,Kooks lt headers, 3 in zoomers exhaust, Aria cf cai, 6.1 intake manifold ported, ported tb.
Other Mods: 8000k hids (fogs), bt catch can, , Ben Grimm (the thing) bt custom hood emblem, BMC custom tails, color matched interior bezels, color matched washer fluid and coolant tanks colo

ya check out Hemituner (AJ) he can easily do the install and give you a absolutely amazing tune.

Well, I understand Cartek in Garwood does tuning and installs, long time GM tuner's now doing modern hemi work but hell, I've never met them so who know's.(I live 5 mile's from the shop) You'll get a ton of opinon's! Good luck!
Worlds first N/A stock motor LX Mopar 11sec.1/4mi. pass! Best SLB 11.660@117.63 1.70 60ft.
Now Cartek equipped new best! heads, cam, ported intake 3,975#RW 11.071@126 1.51 60ft.
