**WEEHAWKEN NJ MEET at Houlihans** Saturday May 23rd @ 5PM

You guys have always invited us the jeep guys to your meets and now I'm planning a meet on our forums and we would like to invite you LX guys to come and have a good time with us at Houlihans and a near by park to take pics of our rides at night.
Here's the information I posted on our forum.
I hope to see many of you there.

Hey guys I stopped by Houlihans and the park area and took the pictures and talked to Jessica at Houlihans again. I had to give her a date and time so she could schedule it, so I told her Saturday May 23rd at 5PM.
So now they officially know we are going.

She showed me the area they will be reserving for us, they say it can hold about 60 to 70 of us and if we have more they can get us another section. Oh and she doesn't think the seating area at that time will be available but if there's empty tables we can grab them too if we need them.

Let me know what you guys have to say about this...
First time I'm organizing a meet so any help or comments are appreciated.

And please let's have a big showing of jeeps and LXs there.

Entrance area to Houlihans

Looking out from Houlihans you'll see the marina (opposite direction from the above picture)

In the next three pics you'll see we'll have plenty of parking space

When you see this you're inside Houlihans LOL

This is the park where I think it would be nice to take pictures.
I talked to the people in charge at that park and they loved the idea, they said that if we get there after we are done with Houlihans they'll accomodate us, he said that he closes around 8:30/9PM but if I let him know he'll let us in so we can take pictures of the cars.

Look the Concorde and the USS Intrepid....

This is from the park, the big building in the back is where Houlihans is, so as you can see is really close by...

I know exactly where that is. There is a great Sushi place right around the corner too! And you cant beat the view.

Guys Houlihans is very excited about getting our big group down there, they are reserving a section or two just for us, I saw the section they are reserving for us and is the nicest of the whole place with a very nice view.

I'm also trying to reserved the parking spaces in front of Houlihans and facing the marina so we can take group pics with the rides. I think about 10 cars fit on that space, so we can take turns to park there. I'm not promising that yet, I'll have more on that soon.
