I own a 06 300c and at 80000 miles the trans. went out was due to water in trans from the A/C drain tube position over the dip stick tube. The tube was not sealed properly. I was told by the transmission repair people that Chrysler had a TB out to repair the problem but did not notify the owners.
Here are all the LX/LY platform TSB's from 2005 to present.
