    Zoomers SRT8 dyno results!

I'm happy to say I just got back from the dyno over at XS Engineering in Huntington Beach, CA with some great results on the final dyno power runs for the SRT8.

    Car used: 2006 300C SRT8 (owner "BlisterEm" 300C Forums)

    Horsepower: 22.6 HP gain @6100rpm :!:
    21.8 HP gain @5400rpm
    16.8 HP gain @4200rpm

    Torque: 23.5 Ft-lbs @3700rpm :!:
    20.3 Ft-lbs @4700rpm
    18.2 Ft-lbs @5600rpm

Great low end and midrange torque numbers and good steady HP throughout the power band. New video of the dyno runs and dyno charts will be posted soon here and on our website.

I have my web guy getting the dyno charts posted on our web site as we speak they will be posted there and here by next week.

Here is a taste of some numbers:

    Torque numbers @ 3700rpm:
    Stock... 303.7 ft-lbs
    Zoomers... 327.2 ft-lbs

    Gain 23.5 ft-lbs

    Max torque numbers
    Stock... 329.6 ft-lbs
    Zoomers...346.0 ft-lbs

    Gain 16.4 ft-lbs

    Horsepower numbers @ 4700rpm
    Stock... 291.7 hp
    Zoomers...309.8 hp

    Gain 18.10 hp

    Max horsepower numbers
    Stock... 340.9 hp
    Zoomers... 355.8 hp

    Gain 14.9 hp

Zoomers made power everywhere especially where it counts. Low and mid-range torque increases were huge as well as mid range horsepower.

Our largest horsepower gain or difference over stock was @ 6000rpm 329.1 hp stock vs. 351.7 hp Zoomers for a total gain of 22.6 hp.

Remember it's the torque that you feel the twisting power of the motor at low end is critical, top end horsepower is nice but it won't win you many races out of the hole.
