Test drove the SRT8 Charger today.

Got to test drive one we got in at our dealership today, as it was one of 3 we have that isnt sold already. It was fully loaded with ALL the options and topped out at only 43 grand. While 43 grand isnt a price i would usually say ONLY with, compared to the magnum and 300 srt8's i've seen it wasn't all that bad with all those options... i mean the base MSRP is only 35k add in the gass guzzler and so on and that brings it up quickly.
Anywho. Man! that thing was fast... took it around 8 mile a couple of times, thank god there weren't any cops ha ha.

I definately need to trade up though... i MUST have one of those.

No not yet. I told them to take their time. I wanted it done right. I like this place a lot. The owner was very patient and explained the whole process to me. They don't paint the panels on the car. They remove them do an initial spray replace and color match. He is removing every panel off of the passenger side of my car to paint it. He said that way he knows that all corners and creases are covered and their is no overspray inside of my car.

Even after I get it back it is sitting in the garage for 60 days. He told me I could drive it right after I pick it up BUT because there is a lot of construction and dust at my job from expansion construction he said if possible not to take it to work.

As we say in South Central LA I will be driving around in the old hooptee! LOL That would be the Nissan Stanza. It is in need of West Coast Customs Pimpin! LOL Although I would prefer an Overhaulin look better.

Also on my last post, the old lady and I have patched things up and she REALLY likes the Charger SRT8...so it may be a reality pretty soon. WOOHOO!!
