I have a 2007 CSRT8, the manufacture date is 11-06. Am I elegible for the TCM update?? I know it's a dumb question, but I've never been real smart. Thanks....BOB

I do not believe there are any updates for your 2007. The major update that everyone has been getting to eliminate the 1-2 shift hesitation and to firm up shifting is on your vehicle from the factory.

the latest part number for '07 300 SRT8 TCM is 05150186AH. if your TCM is any other part number, you should be able to update it.

Put it in autostick mode and run it up to redline in 1st gear. If it shifts to 2nd automatically, you already have the latest TCM flash. If the engine blows up, you need the TCM flash.

It won't really blow up. But if it doesn't shift, you could use the update. (Although some people still prefer not to have the update.)
