SuperMaxx Long Tube Header Package

A "little birdy" told me that Dynatech's SuperMaxx header package for the SRT-8 is now available. I'll be able to provide more details tomorrow but I can tell you now that we have a SEMA Special that covers all headers that Dynatech produces so this will also apply to the 6.1 headers! Be sure to check back here tomorrow afternoon (10/24) for more info.

Read on one of the forums, and I think it was a post from Henessey, that you can expect only about 5-7 HP gain on the 6.1 with headers, compared to the stock exhaust, as the stock system is pretty effecient.

Is that correct?

I thought the GSM headers dynoed at much more than that?

I'd really be surprized to only see a 5-7hp gain from long tube headers. The stock exhaust works well but there is always room for improvement. Big cubic inch motors move alot of air so they need a way to get the exhaust out. Dynatech is working on getting dyno numbers. They haven't done any testing with them yet. We now have pricing available. Very good deals with the GP!

No problem! I don't expect to see any numbers for these until after SEMA.

5 orders came in today so this GP is already half way there!!! Customers might be posting numbers before the manufacturer
