    Srt8 Emblem On Seats

I would like ideas on how to go about changing the color of the red stitching in the seat emblem to another color, say yellow. Does anything work?

Well, Cook, the only way to change the color is to dye it (not recommended) or to have them restitched in the new color of choice.

Thanks Jonz, I thought about the dye too, but I didn't think it would accept the dye that way. I may end up going to upholstery place here in the twin cities and talk to them. Then I will make a decision as to just how much I hate the red. Right now on scale of 1 to 10, it's a TEN.

Thanks Again for posting in this thread.

Yo Jonz, The Bee has yellow stitching evrywhere else in the seats and the leather wrapped shifter, then you see the red in the SRT8 on the top of the seat, STUPID, only 4 of my buds have had a chance to see her and 2 of them pointed it right out. Sort of steals the THUNDER, but it maybe very expensive to change, unless they can do it while the seats are in the car, but I don't think that is going to happen.

Get new head rest covers and have the Super B Stiched in vs the SRT emblem.

I had the Daytonas replaced with Magnum R/T in mine love the look ( for me ).

Just an idea if you want something just a little differnt and you still have the skinz to go back to stock if you want to.

I agree with Rob...there is a member here that has been doing some fantastic embroidery on the headrests. You could have the super bee eblem that is on the side of the car digitized and ebroidered on the new headrest covers! That would look hot!

This is just a sneak Peek and when I get them back I will post pics of them in the car!

The credit goes to "N4NOREDN951" Top notch folks, they worked really hard to get this "BEE" just right!

I am so pleased and gratful to have found someone willing to do this. The whole experience of dealing with these folks was a GAS! I disliked the Red on the inside of the car, with all the yellow stitching in the this model, the red on the headrests looked out of place, these will look perfect. These look better then I ever imagined. I'm just speechless! Thanks Chris for the great idea!!!

WOW - nicely done! You're telling me that ten days ago you were wondering what to do, and today you have those gorgeous, one-of-a-kind headrests? That's as impressive as they are...

You should definitely post some contact info for the guys who did those - maybe talk to them about becoming supporting vendors - I'd guess they'd have enough business here to make it worth their while.

    Good job fellas.
