Did you mean 'low down' instead of "down low"? Down Low is a new urban term for bi-sexusal men that somehow don't consider themselves Gay, which is crazy. They hide the fact that they like men FROM Wives and Girlfriends.

Low Down means "the inside facts".

I am happy to see the Magnum SRT-8 with HID lamps. Now I might consider a trade-up. Hope they also increase the tank to 21 gallons. A 6.1 liter without MDS will need it. Since the Magnum is officailly classified as a trunk, just like the PT Cruiser there will be no Gas Guzzler Tax.

We must hang out in different circles

Never heard the gay/bi reference, but heck, even "The Rock" uses the phrase "keep it on the down low" in "The Rundown".
"Walkin' the thin white line on this smiling road. 40 days, I've been all alone. Draggin' my heart all across this world. I got 100 miles to go before I get back to see my girl. Aint got nothing, I got nothing to lose. I keep walking away these blues. The cup is broken, but it's half full. I got 100 miles to go before I get back to see my girl."

I've heard $39,995. Not sure if this is true or not.

    Indeed.

Keep it on the Down Low = Keep it quiet.

Also: Keep it on the D-L.
