    New Falkens on the way

Ordered 255/45/20 all 'round. (they were out of the square ones) Anyway, looking forward to some improved ride and better wet weather handling. The GY F1's are fine for a summer tire, but not worth a damn on wet roads or standing water. $760 delivered. Can't wait.

I had a set on my 20's when i first got them. Hard ride. I heard that Falkin can't make a Big tire thats anygood. But maybe thats changed. I hope they work out for you i hate seeing post that say my tires suck.

Great dry tire, F1's just suck in the rain. I had the GSD3's on my CTS-V, now those were incredible. My last set of Falkens were 18's, 255/45/18 FK451's to be exact. Every bit as good as the GSD3's for about $200 less. The FK452's are a brand new model. Supposedly totally re-engineered. I'll post my unbiased opinion once they're mounted. I'm holding off installing my sways and KW V2's until I get a feel for the Falken's so I can give honest feedback.

Bad news. These are on back order until the end of the month. Double damn. Can you drive on cords at 150mph? Just curious.
