I haven't got side air bags. Paid $1k over factory invoice for my '08 Magnum SRT8, I believe $42170? 4.99% (edited--I previously put 5.99) 6 years through the credit union my wife works at. That's the best interest rate you're likely to find. Search for a loan payment calculator online if you want to see what your payments will be with different downpayments and terms. Definitely get the GAP insurance which covers the difference if you get "upside down" on the loan and something happens. My wife comes home with horror stories every week about some guy who wrecks his new Vette or whatnot and owes more the credit union than the insurance will pay.

$41,675 after rebate. did not get opt II, extra warranty or roof rack, everything else which includes side air bags, low jack, moon roof, scotch guard, rust proofing etc. to custom wheels. Steel blue, just for the record.

Paid cash. I cannot stand giving anybody free money!

My SRT is leased, but I bought a Dually last year for 4.75% through my credit union...they are still offering that rate.

Leased mine too. Seemed the smart way to go considering that they're saying gas will go up another $1 in '08. I just don;t want to be stuck trying to sell it later.

If you hadn't noticed, the used ones aren't moving very well. The one I bought was on the lot for more than 2 months.

2007 w/ 7500 miles plus came with what the previous owner considered to be worthwhile mods: Magnaflow catback (agree), Airraid CAI (agree), Airraid TB spacer (not so sure), Jet Stage 2 Chip (not so sure).

$31,900 sell price, but leased for 24 months.

Used also means you avoid the $2100 gas guzzler tax and $695 (might vary) destination charge.

Here is what my numbers are coming to, thinking I might get it on Tuesday:

Charger Srt 8 (options 1&2, sunroof, hids, mygig, supplemental air bags) MSRP $51,445 CDN, DLRP $47,459 plus gas tax and freight ($1,000 + $1,300) less: $4,500 rebate, $1,300 freight, $2,379 dealer incentive, $2,000 down = $39,580 + taxes (with a lease you only pay tax on the monthly payment)

27 month lease at 2.99% = 568 / month + tax (14%) = total $647/month with a residual of $21,769 (the cost of the option to buy plus taxes)

I did not have to pay a gas tax on my new SRT8. Why is it that you have to?

The government chose me to step it up and reduce the deficit here in Canada. Feeling precious about it. Lucky for me health care is not something I need to cover or I'd be broke.

To the Canadians posting here, I say forget the warranty and buy down south for $10K cheaper........I've seen used 07 SRT-8 Chargers for $32k and they stay on dealer lots for a LONG time.

    Just saw this...

I was at the dealer, reluctantly, to have the Trans fluid leak fix done, and noticed they had a Blue Super Bee on the showroom floor....Sticker was around 44-45k, and they were asking $54,500+ due to "market value adjustment"......I laughed, and walked out to my BB SRT8 Charger.... can't imagine who would pay that for a car like this.....You could find an awful lot of really nice low mileage performance sedans for 55k.....
