Finally did the trans leak fix...it was getting bad!

I was trailing funky trans fluid smoke, the leak was just getting worse and worse after hard runs on the road. Bought the part (I don't think they just sell the o-rings anymore, it's now the entire plug with fresh rings on it)...MPSC has them for $6+ or so, I was in a hurry and bought it local for $14.

Took 1.5 hours to replace that stupid plug under the car lifted probably 10" off the ground, wish I had a lift! And the worst part is working under a hot car and grazing the hot ass cat with the inside part of your forearm right past the wrist....man that f'r is hot! And I changed the oil/filter and washed the k&n filter in the 1.5 hours. So a productive night. Hope I don't see any little (or big for that matter) trans fluid puddles under the car in the morning. But plenty of fluid came douching out of there once you pull that plug, so be sure to use a oil basin to catch it all.

I've got the new part # at work, I'll post tomorrow morning if you need it or MPSC will give it to you too.

I came back from vacation to find about 3/4's of a quart on the garage floor. Immediately went to the dealer.
