Coolant Recall

hey y'all! My wife took our 8 into the shop for the coolant volontary recall. Well they said that the coolant was contaminated and there were parts they need to replace.

Since there has been 27,000 miles of contaminated driving on this 8, should I try to fight and make them replace the engine and cooling system?

Is this really a big deal??

Nope...not nearly that big of a deal. It's a recall that came out on 8/2 officially. Don't remember the thread exactly.

If your VIN fits, they'll flush and replace the coolant and a couple components.
