Can someone post a complete price list for the Magnum SRT-8?

A couple people have posted the option list and the price of the car loaded with every option, but nobody has posted the breakdown information.

I'd appreciate it if someone could post the complete price list. Looks like there are only 3 option groups and 2 individual options so it shouldn't be much trouble.

BTW, I noticed the Build-your-Own Chrysler 300 SRT-8 has been removed from the Chrysler.com website.

Not sure if you're looking for a break down of each item within an option group or what. Below is a copy of a post I made on another thread. The MSRP prices are the original post and the FWP are in bold.

I will tell you that one salesman I talked to up in Portland this week said that you could break up Option #3, which is the major one. Hope this info helps you.

Here are the Fleet Wholesale Prices on these items. I am paying FWP + $1000.00 which makes it $41,322.00 for an SRT-8. Have a print out with these prices and a VON#. I have placed a $1000.00 deposit on the car. I should have a VIN# some time next week. I'm squirting!

Thanks, so given those numbers and that other people posted that the MSRP for a fully-loaded Magnum SRT-8 is $42,945, then the base MSRP not including destination is $37,230? [Edit: typo, should be $37,320]

I don't want Nav, Sirrius, or the Sunroof. But I would like to have the rear seat entertainment system that's supposed to be available on '06 Magnums? HID headlamps would be a nice feature, too, but I bet they'll wait another year before they become available on the Magnum.

I also want the Rear Seat DVD system, but my dealer says that while it is available on the regular '06 magnums, it's not available on the SRT8 magnums.

Here is a photo I took at a local Chrysler dealership that had a SRT-8. http://photobucket.com/albums/y141/q...300SRT8013.jpg This is a California car but the pricing is about the same. Is your "invoice" price what you bought it for or the FWP? I'm really surprised that the 300C SRT-8 isn't that much more than the Magnum. I guess $2500.00 isn't chump change but I figured it would be closer to $5K. Seems like the Chysler is the "luxury" model of the two.

I'm still going for the Magnum SRT-8 though.

I forgot that the Magnum is EPA classified as a truck. But sometimes a vehicle can be classified as a truck for some purposes but as a car for others. Can anyone confirm that there is not GG tax on the Magnum SRT-8? If true (and it seems very likely) that's a huge advantage over the 300.

As for the difference in price between the 300 and Magnum, I have developed a website for just this purpose at www.truedelta.com. I only have 2005s of these in the database, so an SRT8 only for the former.

My site finds that a 300C is $1500 more than a similarly equipped Magnum RT, because the latter needs $1500 in options to match the standard equipment of the former. Big Three pricing logic being the way it is, I'd expect a similar gap with the SRT8 versions. Someone mentioned a $2500 gap. I suspect that $1000 of this is from different levels of standard equipment.

Of course, that GG tax boosts the predicted gap from $1500 to $3600. Now we're talking real money.

Another thing my site can do in a minute is tell you how much the 300 SRT8 is costing you over the 300C: $7200 after adjusting for differences in features. $2100 is the GG tax, so figure a roughly $5000 premium for the Magnum SRT8 over the Magnum RT.

These figures assume you can get a $1000 rebate from Chrysler financial on the regular cars, but not on the SRTs. Can anyone confirm or disconfirm the accuracy of this information? My data sources conflict on whether this rebate is avaiable on all non-SRT 300s, or just the base car. They agree that this "bonus cash" is available on all 2005 Magnums.

Exclude the bonus cash and the feature-adjusted extra cost of the SRT8 is $4000. So with the 300 SRT8 the government gets 1/3 of the extra cost of the car.

Just heard on LXOwners.com that the MSRP for a "base" SRT8 Magnum is $37,995 (including destination). This is good news if the option pricing listed here is correct. I calculate $42,549 fully loaded with every option.

Close! Actually it's $42,945.00 MSRP ($40,322.00 FWP) with every available option. That's for a California car. May be different elsewhere.
