    Borla for SRT8?

Has anyone seen or heard the Borla for the SRT8?Is it similar to the R/T system or does it look like the Corsa? Is it quieter than the Magnaflow or Corsa?

I may if they sound similar to my old system.I may go full on sneaky and a loud system won't get that done.

Ya - there's hardly anything sneaky about the sound of your car now... but damn - is it sweet!

If anything I might muffle it a bit simply because it would kinda tough driving around with wood all the time...

Mine are kinda noisy but putting the stock BA 6Disc Radio at about 16-18 kills all noticable noise until it is cruising in the drone zone which is about 2200-2900 for me....probably a bit different with the 6.1. Honestly a huge helper to the drone was the HHP cats which lowered the drone drastically and made it sound a lot more mean sounding

I hear when the MDS kicks in on the 5.7 the drone is more noticable. Is that true?

It is but honestly not by too much....with the radio up I don't hear the exhaust until I am on the gas and it goes back to monster mode for that

Yeah. Only thing I had problems with is when I was initially installing I had to play with it once or twice to get the X-pipe to not touch the crossmember and theleft pipe is a close fit and I can tell you when I had to readjust the exhaust for the midpipes it was a bit of a pain because the exhaust hadn't been touched in about a year. Nothing a good whack with a rubber mallet won't fix though. I also use the clamps instead of having it welded just for ease of me being able to adjust it depending on what I have done to the vehicle. Maybe after headers I will get the muffler to tip section welded.
