    B&G Flash Questions

I am looking to get a B&G Flash for an 07 Charger SRT-8 and I was wondering why is the Stage II so popular? What are the advantages and disadvantages to going with a Stage III or Stage IV? At my dealer they all cost the same so I just need some opinions on the different stages, I obviously do not want to hurt the engine, but I would like as much power as possible.. -Thanks!

Depends on your mods. They're "out-of-the-box" tunes, so a Stage IV probably won't run right at all if you're just mildly modded.

What would you recommend for just a CAI and cat-back exhaust?

Give some of the vendors a call. I got mine from HHP but PPP or Tbyrne can help you with specifics.

Lawgiver45, the Stage II calibration will work in almost any application and also will allow you the option to upgrade without sending the pcm back for a reflash. What I would suggest is the Diablo Preditor with the B&G Stage II flash installed as a base file and with the end user timing & fuel adjustments it will have enough adjustment range to run any package from stock to 426 and should get your air/fuel right in the sweet spot for maximum performance.

I think the stage III completely disables torque management and make for rough shifts during normal driving. Not sure what the stage IV is.

For everyday drivers the stage II is the way to go.
