Expect a Gas Guzzler Tax (GGT) on this one. I read that the 6.1 liter Hemi will not have MDS and shut down to 4 cylinders.

If so, there would not be a GGT on the Magnum SRT-8 because it is classified as a truck.

Sweet Jesus I just peed my pants. Are those manufacturer plates or is that just a 300C with black rims? Also what did it sound like?

That pic was snapped by some guy on the Marauder board FROM what I can tell. It looks like manufacturer plates so probably an SRT-8 mock up doing testing. On the allpar board an 'insider' type guy claims that the front end has a different treatment as well supposedly some kind of chin spoiler or something. Wish we had a front end pic.

I like the conservative decklid spoiler and think it would be great if they blacked out the door handles as well. I'm not sure if those wheels will make it to production with the matte black but I think it would be great if it did.

I dont really see any differance besides the rims and tires... how can we tell its an SRT-8 again?

looks likes a little body molding at the bottom all the way around.

yeah, I would say the body molding, along with the spoiler and the rims, are pretty good indicators...

So, I need to ask the question. Will there be a Magnum SRT-8? All the info I have seen indicates that the SRT-8 will be a 300 only option, with a Charger SRT-8 at some future date. I really would like to see a SRT-8 Magnum.

Man I'd like to see an SRT-8 Magnum too. But right now they have only said a 300 and a Charger SRT-8 are being planned. It seems likely that they will add a Magnum to that list but there is no way to be sure.

disapointing that they just slapped some molding all the way around, doesn't look good imo, they should comptely REPLACE the front and rear bumpers with sportier looking ones like they have on I belive all the other SRT models.
