was wondering that myself, wonder if it's an intake muffler like the on in the fender on the RT's, maybe they didn't have enough room for that one with the brake cooling duct in the way.

I thought that the SRT-8 Concept had a dual air intake system behind the front grill... could that box be hiding a second air cleaner?

I'm wondering if this 6.1L HEMI has 8 or 16 spark plugs and if that's how they might have gotten rid of the sparkplug wires we have on our plastic intake manifold. I sure like the aluminum one better, but you'd have to hid those wires.. :(

Hmmm, good question. I know that they use the same heads so they would have to be dual plug. Now either they have craftily routed the plug wires where we cannot see them or they are fir both plugs simultaneously. Hmmm that reminds me of a mod that I had recommended a while back.
    Right C4ME?

It looks like a CAI (Possibly RAM Intake)

from what i've heard they fire both plugs at the same time on the 6.1 unlike the 5.7 which fires the 2nd one on the exaust stroke to help emisions so they don't need the wires running across, some guys with hemi rams have been doing the same thing, though they haven't actualy gotten any hp increase FROM it, some said it was a smoother idle though.
