I guess you guys want to know my life story…. Huh. Don’t worry I’m only 24 so this shouldn’t take long. J It all started way back in 1983… wait no… that’s when I was born. I was a car nut right after I turned 16 and could drive. I was a true do it yourself modder. And I am still that way to this day. I am not a gear head by any means. When it comes to motor work the car goes to the pros. keep me out of the engine bay. When I joined LXForums I had no idea that I would become so involved. I had never been part of an online forum for cars before this and the little time I was on dodge forum. Thanks again to who ever pointed me this way from over there. The first time I saw the magnum on TV I was hooked I just had to have one. Something about it just made me want it. I showed the wife some photos of it and she was in the same boat. She loved it. And guys we all know when the wife says its ok to get something there is no turning back!! After some searching I found a few at a dealer 40 miles south of where we live. June 2005 we go to the dealer with our 03’ Grand am, 4 hrs of fighting over payments we got our BRAND SPANKIN NEW 2005 Magnum RT. It only had like 3 miles on it when we drove it off the lot.

After I joined LXForums it was all over the car was doomed to never be stock again. Being young and starting my life with my wife, money is tight so modding on a budget is key. I can say I have been very lucky finding deals on all my mods that I had to pay for and then other things that I have been given from members and friends. This place has become my second family. I have made more friends here then I could ever count to name everyone would just be crazy. If I have to thank someone it would have to be my fellow Great Lakes Region Members! From the meets to just getting together to hang out. They have been there for me.

This June we will have the car 2 years and it has changed a lot! I picked a theme for the car. Blacking it out and giving it an evil look. Here is what it looks like now.

At some point I started making videos of events that I have been to. Kinda like a mini grinner, who by the way is a man I look up to GRINNER YOU ROCK!

The one video that got some attention on the forum was the “what is lxforums” Video and trust me I will be working on a “what is lxforums 2.0” this year. This forum has been great to me and all I want to do is give back to all of you with what ever I can, if you ever need anything let me know and I will help you out or find someone that can. The latest mod for the car is the car seat! Most of you know that my wife and I are proud parents of our little girl Brooklynn Skye. She and Mom are doing great. But because of her the mods to the car have come to a fast stop. I was quick to finish a few things before she came into the world.

Congratulations! Both as LXOM and as a new proud papa.

And holy crap! What a great idea for a freaking picture. Everybody says my car looks like a hearse. I even say in my profile that I drive the Hearse From Hell.

So take a pic of it in a graveyard. Duuuhhhhh! Great shot. I hope you don't mind if I steal your idea somehow. No idea what I'll do but I'm going to start looking for an old rural cemetery.
