hey, thats not funny, i was thinking of bringing mine in for the same thing actually :( and i know about cars lol! ive come to the conclusion that my pant leg must barely be touching the pedal or something and turning the light on. pisses me off! wasnt sure if it was the computer putting the light on or me.

I've noticed the same thing - that's one touchy little pedal over there on the left.
I could see it being an issue if it did it every time your started, without having touched the parking brake pedal - but it's just as likely the customer was an idiot too...
But they drive a Charger, so they can't be a total waste of oxygen - unlike the service writers at a certain small-town-minded dealer in my town.
