Wheres the Black Charger with Grey Stripes I seen on the I95 today.

When I was on my way out of Englishtown Raceway up towards Rhode Island, I ran into a Black Charger with Grey Stripes a Hood Scoop and 22 inch rims.

Where u at, I was the guy with the Silver 300C and the DVD Mod.
