Yeah...it looks like the Toyota boards got to it before us. Still a chance to catch up...there's only about 1,500 votes so far.

think about the people who buy cars based off of what magazines say, then look at the results again. I am not suprised at all, as the magazines always have been and always will be biased toward imports, no matter what Detroit does. I mean, lets look at this FROM an actual aspect, would you rather drive a boring, staid, blandly styled sedan, or one that actually has power, will get you more attention than you ever dreamed of, and will actually get out of its own way?

The only reason the chager is suffering is because it is not a sports car. Its a sedan, which puts it INTO a category with buyers who probably dont know what a charger is.

putting a family car in with those sports cars is a bit odd.
Fast is one thing... it takes fast and cool lookiin to be a real sports car, imo.

Driving the Charger should be no different than the 300 and Magnum, although the view out may be slightly better. The Charger is one reason I have waited to buy, since it may have more trunk space than the 300, and I would really rather have a sedan than a wagon or SUV. I also think the Charger will be priced lower, as the prop rod for the hood and the one-piece rear seatback SHOW that DCX has worked on cutting costs.

The Infiniti M got my vote - it seems to be a fantastic car,as it should be for the price.

The Avalon will be a Charger and 300 competitor and has many good features and the same bad ones as the Camry on which it is based - front wheel drive and small brakes. The adjustable front edge of the bottom seat cushions and the knee air bags are nice features.

The Fusion is just a differeent version of the Mazda 6, but looks very good.

The Zephyr is also a version of the Mazda 6, but the production version is not nearly as nice as was the concept.

i don't know you guys. i have to see the charger in person, but FROM pics i'm not too excited with what i'm seeing. and i don't know if the poll is over but it won't let me vote. so i'll just tell you guys in person that even though the new charger looks don't excite me, i'm going to give it my vote over those other cars anyways. i absolutely love the way my magnum drives, and that's basically the magnum without the excess weight of the last third (although that weight does balance the magnum better than the 300/charger) giving the charger slightly better acceleration just like the 300C (i presume). I'm sure the look will grow on me anyways, as no DC product has ever dissapointed me
