first of all if someone saw pictures of my car and wants to make a negative comment thats ok, i dont know any of you people so it wouldnt bother me.

Still, would you rather someone look at pics of your ride and say, "Gawd, that looks like total CRAP!" or would you rather they say, "Those mods don't go with my personal tastes." ??

additionally, i wasn't trying to be mean, i just commented that it looked like wananbe ricer crap and the persons that do this to thier car will regret it, i still believe that. my comments were not vicious i didn't use profanity and i didn't attack any individual person, just stating my opinon

You weren't trying to be mean, but you weren't trying to be nice either. Just because you have a strong opinion about something doesn't mean you need to express it with full gusto. Try a little tact every now and then. You'll be surprised how much better your ideas are accepted.

You weren't trying to be mean, but you weren't trying to be nice either. Just because you have a strong opinion about something doesn't mean you need to express it with full gusto. Try a little tact every now and then. You'll be surprised how much better your ideas are accepted.

Anyone who purchases any car and worries about another person's opinion, especially when that person is an anonmyous individual at the other end of the internet who you will never meet, has serious issues. I personally would not care what a person I will never meet or talk to says about my car. If you feel good about it, good for you. If someone says something about it, you should shrug it off and not care. As long as you are happy, then who gives a rats ass. If you don't want opinions, good and bad, then don't post. Cars cost too much money to buy one in attempt to please everyone.

I was expressing my thoughts about it, sorry if that is not politically correct. Fact is, I say the exact same thing I said above about the Rousch racing V6 Ford Mustang that is all kit, and no muscle. If I wanted plastic and fiberglass on a car, I would have bought a Vette.

This thread has been around for a long time with no pics, when some finally showed up I felt it was all hype. If you want one, good for you. I just wish I had my car back!

you know other people have come on this forum and made really bad negative comments about others posts, questions or thier cars and they then get blasted but then they come back and claim they were drunk and they were sorry and everyone forgives them. well im not about to apologize because i wasn't making a comment on anyones car in particular i meerly expressed my dislike for the gwady add on body kit. and if one gets so upset at the way i expressed my opinion calling that gwady body kit "crap" well then i dont know how you go through life with such thin skin, get over it, i didn't kill anyone, i didn't threaten anyone and i didn't bash anyones car. like i stated earlier if that is what you want to put on your car go for it.

No one really cares whether you like the kit or not. You just don't get the reason for the criticism. This is a long established forum with members that have been criticizing and expressing opinions for a long time. We have found that the forum is more pleasant to visit if criticisms and opinions are less vitrolic and absolute. There is a lot of good to be had here with ideas and information and, if you want it, camaradarie. When you don't care about others, others won't care about you.

By the way, I really like your car.

i dont comment on a lot of things on this or any other forum and in hindsight i should have been less vocalor at the very least more tactful, but as i have said from the begining my comentts were not directed at anyone in particular, i will however be less vocal and more tactful on such matters in the future. it was not my intent to offend anyone.
