tuning up the HP and a chip..?

So i was woundering what would i need to tunes up my V6 2.7L 190HP..?
How much Horse Power can i add...? Most of it going to the tires
And what chip is the best..? cause i know you need one of those
ans whats the right price...? Saw some on ebay for $25 is that the right price or should it be more..?

Not too much you can do with the 2.7 performance wise. Most of the 6 cylinder developments have been for the 3.5L. As for any of those "chip" in ebay, I wouldn't waste my money.
I'm sure the other 2.7 guys will have more insight.
