i was trying to give mine away, couldn't find anyone to take it... you'll get better flow, but you need a welded adapter so figure a few bucks for that

Keep in mind too, that the SRT systems are not tuned to deal with MDS mode, as R/T systems are. You may very well see some gain, but MDS may get a bit obnoxious...
You should think about PM'ing PowerWagon896 on this topic - IIRC, he did this...

I'm thinking you might actually lose some numbers by going to a bigger pipe. I'm sure at some point the guys that know for sure will chime in.
Bigger isn't always better. But if you do end up doing the change, how about dyno runs before and after? I'd do high-flow cats first myself.
