    R/t trade to get srt All Critisom welcome

    I got a R/t right know and was thinking about trafding it in to get a srt charger

    I have a airhammer will this work for the 6.1?

    Is this a good everyday driver cause i got a r/t and the gas miles seem to suck as well so would i see a significant change in gas mileage?

    What are ur opions on me trading it in?

    It's a great time to pick up a SRT8, but trading your R/T in will probably offset much of your savings. I know selling a vehicle is a pain, that's why I just keep them (lol).....

    My around town mileage is about the same on my R/T and SRT8 and the highway mileage looks a little less on the SRT8, but only a few miles.
    It looks like 2012 will be very good indeed.
    Unless the Mayans are right, then, well, never mind.

    lots of us made that upgrade... yes! airhammer will work. mileage only drops by about 1mpg.

    Add heads and cam and say buh bye to the SRTs hehe nah I'd do it too. Better all around vehicle but like mentioned above, your trade in value might kill much of the savings. Good luck

    Yah thats where i been looking but i still see where i am located that the srt haven dropped a notch they still want 30+

    I know when I looked into doing this my insurance jump combined with the extra 75 bucks a month in the diffrence of the car payment changed my mind. I figured with the money Id save every month I would just mod my 5.7l

    keep both....or do it, and don't regret it

    Performance Mods: 400ci Inertia stroker,Kooks lt headers, 3 in zoomers exhaust, Aria cf cai, 6.1 intake manifold ported, ported tb.
