    New shoes for the BEE!

Had new wheels installed on the BEE this week, just found the time to post up the pics. These are chrome, factory challenger wheels. I really like the chrome, ,,not sure about the wheels, what do you folks think?

    Dan,
I love the look, I think the chrome hides the lines of the wheel, the lines that maybe you would be used to seeing.

Those look great!! Those are some nice center caps as well. I hope you kept your polished factory wheels, they are pretty hard to come by.

Dan they look sweet!!! Never thought you were a fan of chrome.
    Great wheel choice buddy!!

Ever thought of painting the 5 "ribs" to match the car?
By saying RIB I mean the thin, raised center of each spoke.
    You know I'm a color-match fan!

Matt, the chrome looks great, especially since I removeed all the flat black decals, and went gloss black, so the shine of the chrome fits better then those dull wheels. Several folks who have seen the wheels really like them, so maybe I'm being overly critical. Thanks for the input.

I polished the factory ones, and they just would not shine, these DO!

srt - Thanks, Heidi and the wonderful gang at BT, what else needs to be said about those folks. Well, I agree, but my business is construction, so the only way I could afford to do the wheels was on the cheap, so the factory ones are gone.

Ha Ha, yes this is the home I was raised in, it is beautiful, and way beyond my means, got a call from Mom one day, said she was moving, and sold me this home for the price of a local townhome. I will never be able to pay them back for all they have done, so I simply do the best I can for my kid. Thanks!

YES I KNOW, AND THOUGHT ABOUT IT, BUT I DON'T LIKE THE LOOK OF SOME BLACK WHEELS THAT MAKE THE VEHICLE LOOK LIKE IT HAS WHITE SIDEWALLS. PAINTING THE RIB BLACK, MIGHT MAKE IT LOOK MORE LIKE A BEE!!!

Matt mentioned that also, maybe that is what keeps nagging at me, I like these wheels a lot better, maybe if I get more $ one day, we can change them again.

Thanks for taking the time to post all your thoughts friends!!
