need opinions on new fender design

I'm planning some new MoPower fenders.. How wide should I make them? The last pic shows what the side view will look like. Please don't be a wus fence-sitter and leave your opinion please -whatever it may be. I'm starting the work tomarrow so I have little time to decide. Thanks Mo

    A. don't change the width- 1st pic
    B. kinda wide - 2nd pic
    C. Really stupid wide - 2nd pic
    D. Other suggestion

Not that I own a Charger but if you're looking for opinions, I think that the bulge they already have is pretty pronounced and really enough. The only thing I can think of that might look really cool would be bringing them out on the top so that they blended in w/ the top of the front wheel well lip.

Bringing them out on top basically means wider fenders...NO?

why not leave the fenders the hell alone and just do the flares, so you can put some nice staggered 10's and 11's in there?

I'm not interested in making flares at all... IMO they are ugly and are only good for one thing, to keep rocks and mud from flying everywere on an truck. Add on flares with giant tires will make it so you can't lower the car or have to even jack it up to keep from rubbing the fender lips...that is unless you cut out the original quarterpanels and tub it out like Jay Carnes is doing. It is a Unibody design which means you need the strength of the quarter panels to make it strong. Besides, Tommy Z is supposedly making some, so why would I bother??

Yeah, yeah it does. But I think if you brought the top out and came down to the top of the fender flare, then tapered it back down but left the flare where it is, that could look pretty sweet. Make any sense?

Thats exactly what I was going to do, I wasn't gonna touch the stock fender well lips, so it wont actually be wider, just the top part more aggressive.

MoPower - I dont really have a feeling one way or the other BUT

Howabout making/casting some wide mud flaps for teh rears the will cover the meats some of us are running ?

I like the Mopar ones that I have but they need to be sectioned and blended. What I was thinking would be to take the line from the rear whre the rear fascia line meets the bodybring that basically straight down andthen match up with the mud flaps

    Just a thought
