    nascar charger

    If the charger is returning to nascar there is a question in my mind that no one seems to know the answer to . Is the hemi still banned if not cuold it be made strong enough?

    I think it meets the displace regulation and then it would have to be carbureted not EFI. Strength is not an issue since NO ONE uses a stock production engine block in NASCAR . They have ALL been 'fiddled" with.
