My Charger - Remake for 2009 - FIRST PICTURES - -

Hi Guys,
Ok, after the not-so-favorable notes I got from my posting last year, I had already decided I was going to be taking a different route for 2009, and although I was pretty proud of how the Charger looked and the comments I received from people around the area, I have gone a different route. Even my car club Diamonds is excited for the new prospects.

I would love to hear comments again, that "acceptance" thing I guess ... but I am excited for the new direction I am taking .... hell, I wasn't in my driveway a half hour and a Spokane County Sheriff pulled in just to comment on how nice the Charger looked and how much he wishes he had it to use as his daily driver than his POS Crown Vic ...... so I must be doing something good! HAHA Just got this far April 6th - 9th.

It IS still a work in progress, as you will notice, the gray rear stripe is gone on the driver side, but not the passenger side (ran outta time, weather hasnt exactly cooperated lately - damn that stuff is tough to get off, even with a heat gun) and I took off the side mouldings that run down the center of the doors (now that was scary easy, they slid right off!) and the side graphics, along with the hood graphic, will be a BLACK version of what is there, along with 2 small one inch red racing stripes up the center.

NW Blvd Les Schwab here in Spokane were so gracious to me I gotta give em a shout out, THEY painted my lug nuts and brake calipers for me because they wanted to hook me up after the mix up with original wheels I tried to get and waited two weeks for, and they could only find three, so they ended up selling me the FOOSE Nitrous wheels you see on the car now at the original price and take care of the extras for nothing .... its cool businesses out there, even a chain, will still do extras for a guy ...... and they said they were happy to do it.

ummm i like the changes you done to your car, however i think you never should have changed it because a few people on here didn't like it. As long as you are happy with it that's all that counts, unless the critics are chipping in on your car payments each month. You only live life once, so live it for yourself and the people you care about. Who gives a f*** what a hater gotta say

Well since I assume you are asking for opinions so ill give mine. While the newer changes are definitely better (no more of the Buick diamonds, chrome rims) its still a tad too flashy for me. Not a fan of the pin striping or any of the chrome or the taillight covers. But then again, im very bias against anything that isnt really clean and of course its only my opinion.

ok wow good job on the change...not too much chrome just enough I really like the charger..it looks subtle now...and thank you for removing those hideous fender ports...lol

I think you should have the chrome mirror back covers...and I am not such a fan of the door handles...I think the pillars and the chrome mirror would work better but thats just my opinion.

I did not notice this until it was said. I like the pinstripe alot more as well.
The changes are a major improvement. I'm not a big fan of the chrome, but that's just me.
I also agree...It's YOUR car, not the FORUM's car. Do what YOU wanna do to it, yer makin the payments on it.
